• Talent is encouraged to communicate clearly about their own boundaries and limitations before accepting roles or tasks.

• Dress codes, performance styles, and overall presentation must align with the event’s theme and Valerie’s branding guidelines.

5. Payment and Agreements

• Compensation for talent services will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.

• Valerie will issue payment in a timely manner, as outlined in individual contracts or agreements.

6. Health and Safety

• All talent must comply with Valerie’s health and safety protocols, including but not limited to hygiene standards and applicable health regulations.

• Talent is responsible for notifying Valerie of any medical conditions or restrictions that could impact their participation.

7. Termination of Engagement

• Valerie reserves the right to terminate any engagement if talent fails to adhere to these policies or exhibits behavior that undermines the integrity of the event or brand.
